Mental Toughness Training
The Mental Toughness Program is designed to help you recognize and achieve your "optimal performance state" and help you to understand the key elements of the mental game of golf. Dr. Robert Winters will personally work with you to help you identify and understand your "mental keys" and help you achieve a personal level of top performance.
All golfers who participate within this program will develop a thorough understanding of how to think and play on the golf course while learning how to create trust and confidence. This program includes classroom sessions as well as "on-course" training and tournament preparation strategies. This is one program that brings the entire perspective of physical and mental training together to help you play your ultimate best!
