Born on the east coast in Connecticut but raised on the west coast in Oregon, Tim began playing the game of golf at the age of 13 with his family. While Tim experienced success playing many sports competitively, it was the unattainable pursuit of perfection with the game of golf that eventually became Tim's athletic passion.

Tim played collegiate golf at Santa Clara University. While Tim achieved some success as a player, winning three tournaments in college and once as a professional, Tim recognized his true passion was to pass along his knowledge of the game to others.

While operating his own successful golf school on Maui, Hawaii, Tim was given the opportunity to join the Leadbetter Team and jumped at the opportunity. After completing the certification process, Tim has taught at most of David's facilities in North America. He was the Director of Instruction at Whistler in 2009.

Tim has also taught golf internationally, spending one year abroad in Italy teaching some of the countries most talented Juniors.

Tim has been fortunate enough to teach and have success with students of all age groups on a national level. He hopes to continue to pass along his knowledge to students of all ages, abilities and cultures.
