Brett Meyer

Born and raised in Mendota, Illinois, Brett sought a career in the golf industry soon after graduating from Central College in Pella, Iowa. At Central, Brett earned degrees in Marketing and Spanish while serving as golf team captain and playing in two NCAA Division III National Championships. Soon after graduation, Brett began to see the golf world from many angles including Pro Shop and retail work, equipment sales, club fitting and instruction. During 2007 and 2008, Brett was a member of Callaway Golf, working with equipment sales and club fitting, followed by a year at the David Leadbetter Junior Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

Brett found his passion in the equipment/club fitting side of the business and has enjoyed success in linking these with world-class golf instruction at DLGA. He has been with the David Leadbetter Golf Academy in ChampionsGate since January of 2010. While at DLGA ChampionsGate, he operates the Callaway Performance Center, Odyssey Putting Studio, golf repair shop where he works with a number of PGA and LPGA Tour Professionals. He continues to broaden his knowledge of the game through David's teaching philosophies and looks forward to what the future holds at DLGA.
